Membership

In 2012, CMB moved from station and network memberships to becoming a membership of people; individuals committed to the influence and excellence of Christian music broadcasting.  Take part in the inspiring, collective effort of excellence and influence for Christ by becoming a CMB member today!

WHO IS ELIGIBLE FOR CMB MEMBERSHIP?  CMB membership is open (but not exclusive) to the following list of individuals: employees of radio stations and networks, recording labels, broadcast hardware, software and wireless companies, and para-church ministries, as well as individual consultants, promoters, artists and their managers – in short, any person who embraces CMB’s mission, vision and statement of faith to better reach and engage people through Christian music broadcasting.  CMB exists to ensure the excellence and influence  of who we are and what we do is second to none.

WHAT IS THE LENGTH OF MEMBERSHIP?  CMB membership terms are annual memberships based on a calendar year period.  That is, membership is open any time throughout the year with the expiration of that membership on December 31st of that calendar year membership was purchased. Membership is renewable each year providing the membership fee from the previous year was paid and the member continues to embrace CMB’s mission, vision and statement of faith.

Hear from one of our CMB members…
CMB is on a mission to intentionally, and prayerfully grow individuals who are connected to Christian Radio, or wish to be linked to this community. Nothing is overlooked: mind, body, spirit, and soul are nourished, skills are sharpened with connectivity, members are supported by the highest quality of expertise, availability, and direction. While the Momentum Conference is the pinnacle event, it’s just one fantastic facet of CMB. Also included are regional Summits that offer the opportunity to engage, and learn with industry professionals; teleconferences that keep you fresh; plus, numerous networking resources. The Gold member option turns into a necessity, as these offerings are invaluable, and key to my continued growth as a woman of faith, and broadcaster.

Being a member of CMB this past year has been a HUGE blessing to myself and our station!!! As a relatively new PD, I’ve learned more about this industry in the past year through attending Momentum and CMB teleconferences than in my previous 6 years working in Christian radio. The sense of community, support, education and encouragement is more than worth the investment to be a member. Thank you, so much, for all you do!
