STAR 99.1 Taps Dave and Kristen for AM Drive

(Zarephath, NJ)  STAR 99.1, WAWZ / NJ & NY proudly announces that current afternoon co-hosts Dave Moore and Kristen James will be moving to morning drive on STAR 99.1 beginning Monday, April 20th.
Dave and Kristen have been entertaining STAR 99.1 listeners together in the afternoon for 2 years, and their move to morning drive is a definite growth step for the station. STAR 99.1 Director Of Programming Matt Stockman says, “Great radio stations are built on the daily foundation created by an engaging, entertaining morning show… and I believe that Dave and Kristen have the talent, experience, and desire to lay that foundation every day.” Their show will be 5:30 AM – 10 AM Monday through Friday.
Dave Moore says this about the move – “God will place you where He needs you…always. It’s such an honor to be able to do Mornings at Star 99.1 with the extremely talented Kristen James, and at such a time as this! I know God’s going to use us to uplift and give hope to the entire New York metropolitan area each morning. Kristen and I have been praying for this for quite some time and to see this finally happening is simply incredible.”
Kristen James adds, “I am so thankful that God is allowing us to be used in the market this way! I can’t wait to see what He does and how He uses us to serve our listeners. This is a literal dream come true!”
