Suggested Arrival/Departure:
Plan your travel to arrive in the evening on Friday, November 8 so that you’re ready on Saturday at 8:30a when check-in begins. We will wrap things up on Sunday, November 10 by 3:00p. You will need to make arrangements to/from the airport and the venue/hotel.
Airport: Nashville International Airport (BNA) • From the airport to the host hotel/venue, it’s approximately a 20-minute drive.
Uber / Lyft: Taking an Uber or Lyft from the airport to the host hotel will be about $50-$60 ride, one-way.

What does my registration include?
Your two day registration includes morning and afternoon educational sessions, lunch and dinner on Saturday and lunch on Sunday.
What can I expect at CMBU?

Do I need to be enrolled in college to attend?
No. You must be between the ages of 18 – 24 and have a passion for Christian music.
What is the attire?
Attire at CMBU is casual. The hotel may be a bit cool, so bring a jacket just in case you need an extra layer.
When is the last day to register?
Friday, October 25.
Can I get a refund or exchange?
All refund requests received in writing by October 25, 2024 will be honored. A $20 cancellation fee will apply to each registration refund. The total refund applied will be LESS credit card/service fees and a $20 cancellation fee. After October 25, NO REFUNDS AVAILABLE.
