Momentum Summits are regional events throughout the year that provide a more intimate, focused, topic-driven learning experience. Held in various U.S. cities, these smaller gatherings are known for networking on a deeper level with attendees referencing “peer learning” as a favorite takeaway. As with any CMB event, the Momentum Summits also offer musical performances from chart-topping artists and opportunities to engage with strategic partners who sponsor CMB events.
There is a new way of learning at the Momentum Summits! You will experience intensive training interspersed with peer symposiums to generate an action plan.
These Momentum Summits will give you on-site practical takeaways to apply to your station right away!

“As an audience engagement specialist and member of our station’s leadership team, it’s important for me to be up to date on all aspects of our Media Ministry, including current trends and tried and true approaches that never get old. That’s why I was so excited about attending the Programming and Millennial Summits. The inspiration was endless! Speakers provided me with insights and knowledge that I couldn’t have gained anywhere else! I can’t wait to share my pages and pages of notes with my radio team and see where God takes us! And I can’t forget about all of the opportunities to connect with the best in this business. THIS is PRICELESS!” Marianne Milano, KTIS
“I enjoyed presenting, but more so, I profited from the ensuing discussions. We’re all learning. None of us has this thing figured out. So it was encouraging to be with others who are daily trying to walk this radio thing out, to introduce people to a God who loves them. That’s so helpful to me.” Brant Hansen, CURE International
“As broadcasters, we empty ourselves out on the air every day and over those two days…from the speakers, to the convos with friends who get the struggles…I felt like I was filled back up. So needed!!!” Mandy Young, Air1 Network
“To see the passion that the attendees and the speakers at the CMB Momentum Summit had was truly inspiring. Not only their passion for their faith, but more significantly, their passion for doing great radio in a meaningful and effective manner that speaks to everyone and helps change the perceptions many people have of what Christian radio is.” Michael La Crosse, iHeartMedia
“I am still soaking in the wisdom shared at the Chicago CMB Summit. I learned that when I tell a story on-air, I should put the best part of the story at the beginning. And when I’m unsure about how to talk about Jesus on-the-air, if I can imagine sitting at Starbucks with a skeptic in front of me and a legalistic person to my right, I’ll have an easier time choosing the right words. And finally, if I can do these things while being unafraid to show my foibles and missteps, people will fall in love with Jesus all the more! That’s astounding!” Lisa Barry, KTIS
“The CMB On-Air Summit was a valuable sharing experience for talent, programmers, and corporate people. The sessions were informative, entertaining, and well organized. I hope it’s the first of many to come!” Randy Lane, The Randy Lane Company
CMB’s mission is rooted in our faith in Jesus Christ and our desire to equip Christian music broadcasters. We acknowledge that all sponsors, speakers and event partners may not affirm our statement of faith. However, we believe that their participation will strengthen CMB’s overall mission and Kingdom objectives.
