Beth Bacall is your encourager. Taking the helm of Fish Afternoons on 104.7 The Fish, Atlanta, and Middays at Star 99.1 in NY/NJ, this veteran broadcaster has been blessed with the opportunity to be a best friend ‘on the air’ for over three decades. Whether she’s on the radio or coaching talent, Beth thrives on other people’s stories, knowing it’s a privilege to hear listeners and talent share their life, their struggles, secrets, dreams, and successes. She loves to strategize, identify, and reinforce successful on-air work, especially when heart-connection is happening. Beth tailors her coaching sessions to each personality, bringing out the absolute best in each person.
John Frost’s 45 year broadcast career includes two decades as an air personality, then as program director, corporate programming, and consulting for companies such as CBS, Gannett, Cap Cities, Westinghouse, and Sandusky.
John served with Alan Mason as Vice President of Programming for Paxson’s 47-station group headquartered in West Palm Beach, Florida, where John and Alan’s involvement with Christian radio began as a result of a tithe from Bud Paxson to WAY-FM. Mr. Paxson, founder of Home Shopping Network, believed that Christian radio could have the greatest impact if it embraced the strategic principles and disciplines of Paxson Communications.
In 1999, John and Alan formed Goodratings Strategic Services as a resource for Christian ministries. Over the last twenty years John has been involved in the significant growth of Contemporary Christian radio, being a part of developing some of America’s most successful Christian music stations including Z88.3 in Orlando, Salem’s Fish stations in Atlanta, Los Angeles, and Portland, CRISTA’s Spirit stations in Austin and Seattle, KLTY in Dallas, and KSBJ in Houston, as well as stations in Canada, Australia, and the United Kingdom.
The Gospel Music Association honored John in 2004 with the Scott Campbell industry achievement award. Radio and Records and Christian Radio Weekly have recognized John as one of the most influential people in the Christian music industry.

Johnson has written three books about developing on-air superstars that have been described as The Bible of Personality Radio. The books have been a guide for tens of thousands of personalities and programmers in over 40 countries. His career has been built on creating dynamic brands (both on and off the air) through personality and promotion. Since 2007, Johnson has helped over 700 brands increase their influence through engaging audiences and building direct, one-to-one relationships with existing and new listeners, viewers, readers, visitors and customers.
Rob Wagman is a highly diverse music playlist curator, radio programmer, talent coach and consultant with strengths in social media, marketing, and unique strategies based on specific market loopholes and opportunities.
In 2002, using file sharing data and later, tools like Big Champagne, MScore and, now most other real time sources, Wagman developed a local market to market custom chart and playlist that embodied the ‘millennial mindset,’ long before corporations spent billions trying to figure this generation out.
Today, more than 38 programmers, in six different formats and online streaming utilize Wagman’s local weekly music services, dubbed “The Moneyball Charts” by Dom Theodore, who witnessed the charts’ forecasting and consistencies firsthand.
From intern to street team to promotions and marketing to on-air, Wagman runs the gamete of full media experience, in a lengthy career that has included a spectrum of formats from alternative to hip hop, top 40, rock and Christian.
Wagman’s consultancy, Straight Path Media + Entertainment, advises TV and radio talent in all three major markets, along with playlist curation for streaming, retail, satellite and terrestrial sources.
